Responsibilities

  • The individual in this role will manage the Company image in a cohesive way to achieve the Company’s marketing goals
  • This position will work with the VP of Marketing to create content across all platforms and will assist with the tracking of all social media analytics
  • Ultimately, the Social Media Manager should be able to handle the Company's social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and guest engagement
  • Oversees and manages all social media accounts and platforms, including Sprout Social, Talk Route, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc
  • Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging content daily (e.g., original text, video, and photos)
  • Designs posts to sustain follower’s curiosity and create a buzz around the Company's menus, new products, and brands
  • Communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Reports online reviews and feedback from guests and followers
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure brand consistency across franchise and corporate locations
  • Supports the marketing department in the panning and roll-out of company, region-wide and area-wide restaurant marketing promotions, events, and campaigns overall
  • Attends grand opening events and assists the Franchising Department as needed in grand opening execution
  • Designs and implements social media strategy to align with business goals; sets specific objectives and reports on ROI
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • The Social Media Manager is expected to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, have excellent communication skills and be able to express the Company's view creatively
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Social Media marketing or Brand Manager experience required
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Must be able to clearly articulate goals, performance, and objectives
  • Adaptable and flexible – priorities change on a daily or hourly basis, you can pivot, adjust your schedule, re-focus and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while multi-tasking
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform and Company brands, respectively
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint software, and be proficient with MAC platform
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
