Senior Soarian Financial Consultant:

Sr. Soarian Financials/Revenue Cycle Consultant: MHHC is looking for experienced Sr Soarian Financials/Revenue Cycle Consultant with extensive hands on experience in Oracle Cerner/Soarian Revenue Cycle to provide day-to-day support and management of assigned projects. This is a Direct Hire Soarian Financials position for a SME with expertise in managing Claims, Remits, Denials, GL; doing builds including CRDT, building rules, expressions. Pay rate for this remote position is based on the client's geographic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in managing, building and working with Soarian Financials Master files
  • Requires extensive configuration experience with encounter provider master files experience, understanding encounter locations, and being able to accommodate charge rules.
  • Soarian configuration experience, comprehensive experience with Master files required for patient access registration.
  • Must have experience with Soarian CRDT - Comfortable creating, testing and deploying CRDT Rules and packages
  • Address Medical Necessity issues and optimize workflow analysis.
  • Conduct problem resolution and validate process flows.
  • Partner with teams to manage tasks and maintain an activity schedule, lead the on site team.
  • Knows worklist automation, experience with linking primary encounters
  • Can easily develop and execute unit, system, and integrated test scripts identified in resolving issues.
  • Patient access configuration experience for appointment types, outpatient services, inpatient services L&D, ED, Therapy, Scheduling, and Encounter automation.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years in Oracle Cerner/Soarian Revenue Cycle/Soarian Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of Analysis Validation.
  • Proven ability to resolve Medical Necessity and workflow challenges.
  • Experience working with onsite leadership and project teams.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
