JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Slip Sheet Forklift Operator in Ladson, SC.

Responsibilities of a Slip Sheet Forklift includes:

  • Main Responsibilities:

      • Ensure outbound orders are audited and in compliance with customer specifications.
      • Ensure dock schedule is updated and paperwork distributed in an efficient manner.
      • Complete necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Assist Operators with any and all discrepancies and system issues
      • Assist with Inventory Control functions, Inventory Hold processes, and all other applicable Inventory processes.
      • Maintain spreadsheets dedicated to auditing processes and reporting.
      • Allocate product for outbound orders utilizing SAP.
      • Required to perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

    Required Skills/Abilities

      • High School diploma or equivalent (required).
      • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting as a forklift driver
      • Experience operating slip sheet forklift attachment
      • Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
      • Have a good sense of balance, good eye-hand-foot coordination and judging distances and heights.
      • Able to bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs. – 75 lbs (with assistance).
      • Work independently with little guidance.
      • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
      • Must be a team player who is flexible with the daily duties in a fast-paced team environment.
