Role You Will Play:
In this role, you will utilize your customer service and sales experience to work hand-in-hand with customers daily. You will be the showroom consultant and a project coordinator for this location - handling all the blueprint take-offs, estimates, ordering, answering questions, and the day-to-day operations of the showroom. You will manage customer leads and help to qualify and confirm sales appointments. This role works closely with the sales teams, order fulfillment teams as well as 3rd party providers. There is extensive work done in Salesforce including sales appointments, confirmations, rescheduled, and cancellations. Attention to detail will be crucial in this position.
