We are seeking a Showroom Manager to lead the Dallas showroom located in the city’s prestigious Design District. This is a dynamic leadership role for a driven professional who thrives in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations and sales activity within the showroom, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals, expand market reach, and support new product launches.

Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, service excellence, and creativity.

Ensure showroom presentation and visual merchandising consistently reflect the luxury standard and brand vision.

Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, vendor partners, and internal teams across marketing, product development, and logistics.

Plan and host showroom events, client appointments, and product presentations to strengthen engagement and drive sales.

Track sales metrics, client activity, and showroom performance using CRM platforms.

Manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years of proven leadership experience in trade sales, luxury furnishings, or related industries.

Strong track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and managing teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Ability to travel as needed for outside sales and client meetings.
