Our client is looking for a Shop Service Advisor in Manitoba. The Shop Service Advisor will support technicians and oversee workflow within service operations to ensure proper, safe and timely repairs.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Lead and support service technicians, setting clear priorities and keeping work moving efficiently.
• Set the standard for safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work practices.
• Coordinate shop and field service logistics, including scheduling, workflow, work orders, and team coverage.
• Prioritize repairs and oversee service operations to deliver timely, high-quality results.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal partners to resolve issues and create a seamless service experience.
• Build a collaborative, accountable team through coaching, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

DESIRED PROFILE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Highly organized and solutions-focused, with the ability to coordinate logistics, prioritize work, and meet changing deadlines. Supervisory experience is an asset.
• A clear communicator and collaborative team player with strong computer and mathematical skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop and office environment, including standing, bending, lifting, and occasional travel.
• Experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, truck, or lift operations preferred.
