Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Aerospace manufacturer is seeking an individual for Shipping and Receiving Lead.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year of aerospace and lead experience.

S&R Supervisor duties include but not limited to:

• Ensuring all shipments/deliveries are met on time.
• Reviewing each shipment for accuracy (lot numbers, count, certs, serial numbers, etc.).
• Inspecting incoming orders for accuracy
• Raw material/Hardware/Sealants/Paints- reviewing certifications for correct heat lots and traceability
• Outside Service- reviewing certifications to what is called out on the purchase order and visual inspection
• Inspecting part mark and cleaning operations daily
• Monitoring customer stock levels and maintain those levels.
• Making sure processes and procedures are followed. Writing and updating processes/procedures as needed.
• Run bi-yearly inventory.
• Filing/scanning as needed

Office responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Download/print and enter customer orders.
• Communicate with customers on orders that may have issues.
• Compare invoices to receivables
• Work with the purchasing department on invoice issues.
• Send weekly emails to shop on what’s coming up due.
• Filing/scanning as needed

Requirements:

• Forklift
• JobBoss preferred
• Safety and cleanliness standards
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.

Hours: Mon. – Fri., 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay: $17 to $22/HR. (depending on experience)
