Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Manufacturer is seeking an individual for Shipping and Receiving. Ideal candidate will have one year of aircraft experience.

Shipping

• Run pick list weekly (check daily to ensure no missed shipments)
• Pick parts from shelf and also from system
• Create packing slips
• Create ASNs (if required)
• Print certs (if required)
• Schedule carrier for shipments

Receiving

• Unload truck
• Check in raw material (hardware as well); inspect delivery
• Receive in raw material in system; notify shop

Receiving Inspection

• Unpackage parts
• Count
• Check to drawing & PO
• Receive in system

Outgoing Orders

• Count parts
• Schedule courier

Staging Material

• Pull material from shelf and preparing it for the shop
• Labeling material

Part Mark

• Ink jet printer
• Vibro-engraver
• Clean daily
• Part mark as required on job

Skills

• Must be proficient with a variety of computer software including Jobboss.
• Attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Forklift experience is required.

Hours: Mon. – Fri., 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
