About Our Client

Our client, a professional services firm located in downtown Toronto, is looking to hire a Technology Enablement Specialist (Remote) on contract to cover a Maternity Leave till the end of May 2023. There is a strong possibility that this individual could be kept on beyond this term.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and design of any SharePoint related projects as a developer and administrator, which may include the execution of a future hub and spoke style intranet
- Champion the use of O365 products across the organization. Partner with business units to discover and develop new use cases
- Collaborate with Solutions Management and IT Operations to pilot new technologies
- Prepare documentation and materials such as training guides/manuals, best practices, and training slides and managing our knowledge base manager to support employees, volunteers, and committee members

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint both in Development & Administration
- Experience with Stakeholder management
- Ability to understand Architecture design
- Strong Nice to have- Experience with ShareGate (mass file migrations)
