JOB TITLE ServiceNow Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• An ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of development experience on the ServiceNow Platform, with a specific focus on the ServiceNow SecOps applications (Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VUL.)
• They should also have experience in configuring and supporting integrations between these applications on the platform and other security tools.
• Have detailed knowledge of the CMDB data model is essential for success in this role.
• Partner with BA to work through customer requirements.
• Provide feedback to the requirements owner on the realm of what’s possible.
• Build/configure ServiceNow requirements.
• Attend team meetings and stand-ups.
• Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team.
• Consistent high velocity of requirements/enhancements completed with little to no re-work.
