ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Manager (Hybrid – Denver, CO)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Manager to support a large-scale enterprise environment at one of the most complex and fast-growing organizations in the country.

This role is critical in driving CMDB data quality, asset lifecycle management, and configuration governance across a large IT ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and improve CMDB data health (completeness, correctness, compliance)

  • Manage asset & configuration item (CI) lifecycle from intake through retirement

  • Oversee ServiceNow integrations, ETL processes, and reconciliation rules

  • Ensure alignment with CSDM framework and service mapping

  • Partner with Asset Management, Procurement, and IT Operations teams

  • Lead audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB

  • Experience with:

    • CMDB Health, Data Manager, Attestation

    • IntegrationHub & data integrations

    • CI relationships and asset alignment

  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 (Configuration & Asset Management)

  • Experience working in large-scale environments (10k+ assets preferred)

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS – HAM, Discovery)

  • Experience with CSDM implementations

  • Reporting tools (Power BI, Performance Analytics)

Location

Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite in Denver International Airport

Contract

  • 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

  • 40 hours/week
