Service Technician
Job Description
Minimum of 5+ years experience in commercial and industrial boilers
This role leads on-site boiler installations, start-ups, upgrades, and maintenance. Key duties include troubleshooting and performing mechanical and electrical repairs, testing equipment, and completing service documentation. The technician will maintain proper truck inventory, recommend solutions and upgrades to customers, and support parts and rental sales. Strong customer service skills and professionalism are essential. This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, overtime, and rotating emergency on-call duty.
