Job Description


  • Travel to customer sites to install, train and troubleshoot equipment
  • Handling customer issues and making sure the customer is 100% satisfied before you leave the site
  • Escalating issues to the proper level if assistance is required to resolve the problem
  • Other responsibilities will include machine assembly for the Production Department and balancing parts in the Balancing Service Department depending on the needs of the business
  • Logging the results of customer visits in CRM system for future follow-up by anyone in the group and for reporting purposes.


  • Mechanically inclined, preferably with machinery experience
  • Technical degree or certification
  • Experience troubleshooting DOS & windows based computers preferred
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in a small team
  • High School Diploma or GED required
