Title: Service Sales Representative (Commercial Mechanical)

Compensation: Base + Commission

The right candidate will be well compensated with a base salary, along with a generous monthly commission incentive as well as a substantial car allowance.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Mechanical/HVAC Sales in the region
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Ability to proactively seek new customers
• A problem solver with the ability to present your solutions to service customers
• Driven self-starter that enjoys being part of integrated work groups
• Motivated by obtaining and setting sales goals
• Understanding the importance of follow up
• Not intimidated by cold calling as a means to establish new accounts
• Ability to prepare formal written proposals and estimates
