WHY CONSIDER THIS ROLE?

While our client would prefer someone with direct agricultural experience, they will also consider someone with a strong management background with an expertise in managing staff and meeting department budgets targets and KPI’s.
Our client is a stable growing company and offers a competitive wage, full benefits, group retirement (RRSP plan), paid personal days off, paid relocation costs, and a comprehensive training program. Depending on your circumstances, signing bonuses are also a possibility.
