About the Role
We are seeking a Service Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate various operational and administrative aspects of property management, including real estate needs, infrastructure oversight, construction projects, and facility management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting both administrative and on-site property functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management Coordination: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring seamless workflows and resolving operational challenges effectively.
  • Real Estate Oversight: Monitor and manage property infrastructure, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and improvements to meet quality standards.
  • Construction Project Coordination: Assist with the planning, execution, and management of construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Facility Management Administration: Administer all aspects of facility management, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining the functionality of properties.
  • Customer Service Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive tenant relationships.
  • Administrative Support Services: Provide support for operational and project initiatives, including data management, report preparation, and documentation.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.
  • Oversight and Control: Monitor operational and project performance, ensuring alignment with company policies, standards, and goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in project coordination, facility management, or property operations.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with tenants and contractors.
  • Experience managing construction or renovation projects is a plus.
