Service Officer I

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
The main function of a Service Officer is to operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data. A typical Service Officer is responsible for accurate information documentation. Technical skills include documentation skills and time management.
Document assembly, document processing for mail preparation, data entry, using keyboards, copiers and scanner.

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one?s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
