Responsibilities

  • Preparing an annual operating budget goals and objectives for each department
  • Tracking the departments performance / Identifying opportunities
  • Directing the hiring and training of managers for the service and parts departments.
  • Preferred previous experience from a larger market.
  • Strong leadership qualities and proven track record.

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum 5 years managerial experience.
  • Must have a proven track record to demonstrate the motivation and skill to run the department top to bottom.
  • Must be able to recruit and train quality service personnel.
