- Manage customer service and call center
- Financial responsibilities include accurate and timelycosting and billing of all service work and assistance with receivable collection
- Scheduling of associatesfor service and installation work
- Accurately maintaining backlog and on order status report and trackingof all work
- Supervising of service workers and crews.
- Service Vehicle maintenance and safety
- Interaction with all departments to maximize service to our customers
- Ability to multitask,organize, manage a high-volume work load in a timely efficient manner
