Job Description

Established growing company seeking a dynamic, high-energy person to lead Customer Service Center department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer service and call center
  • Financial responsibilities include accurate and timelycosting and billing of all service work and assistance with receivable collection
  • Scheduling of associatesfor service and installation work
  • Accurately maintaining backlog and on order status report and trackingof all work
  • Supervising of service workers and crews.
  • Service Vehicle maintenance and safety
  • Interaction with all departments to maximize service to our customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to multitask,organize, manage a high-volume work load in a timely efficient manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills and ability to be a strong team player
  • Flexibility, creativity and ability to manage problems effectively
