SERVICE MANAGER – (Construction Industry)

Job Description: The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of service operations within the company, ensuring client satisfaction, efficient project completion, and high-quality workmanship. You will manage service technicians and subcontractors, schedule repairs and maintenance work, track project progress, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
o Supervise and coordinate daily service and maintenance activities.
o Manage scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for service calls.
o Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
o Prepare estimates, track budgets, and report on service performance metrics.
o Lead, train, and support field technicians and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
o Proven experience in construction or building services management.
o Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
o Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
o Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
