Service Manager

SERVICE MANAGER – AG EQUIPMENT - ALBERTA

Grasslands Recruitment Specialist is recruiting a full-time Service Manager for a dealer of agricultural and light industrial equipment. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all service department operations to ensure both customer and employee safety and satisfaction, as well as overall departmental success.

The Service Manager earns an annual salary of $90,000-$100,000 and able to earn a sizable bonus.

A key priority for a Service Manager is to strengthen brand and dealership loyalty and ensure a positive customer experience. They set an example as an expert in their field setting a high standard of service for all aspects of the customer experience.

A Service Manager upholds the dealerships’ standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department. As a team player, the Service Manager fosters positive relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.

WORK SCHEDULE

The full-time Service Management position work hours will vary based on the seasons.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • College Diploma or Trade School Certificate, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Developed aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Valid Driver’s License for the province of employment.
  • Ideally five (5) years minimum as a Service Manager.
  • Ag or CE Dealership experience preferred.
