Ideal Candidate:

• Strong technical background – must have come up as a technician and be capable of fieldwork when needed
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians
• Well-rounded in cold side refrigeration, familiar with parts, logistics, and client service. HVAC background or related field experience strongly considered
• Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to build a team and scale the business
• This roles focus is to build and lead the commercial division (cold & hot sides), develop the team, visit clients, help shape growth strategy
