Our client located in Vaughan is looking for a full-time Service Desk Specialist.
- Provide Level 1 end-user and application support to business applications as per SLA.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, Windows operating systems.
- Change, reset passwords in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot law-specific applications.
- Tend to daily tickets and resolve issues remotely or by going onsite on rare occasions to client locations (no vehicle required).
- Tend to VIP clients and executives
Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in an IT field or demonstrated work experience.
- Previous experience working in MSP environment (preferably tending to Law Clients)
- Solid customer service experience
- Experience with VIP clients
- Clear, concise communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
