Our client in Markham is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Technician that is willing to travel on site to clients on occasion.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot clients throughout the GTA
  • Troubleshoot all types of Windows environments
  • Troubleshoot firewalls like Fortinet
  • Experience with VMware
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid drivers license & vehicle to travel to different client locations
  • Previous experience working in MSP environments
  • Go-getter personality, charismatic, driven, professional
  • Previous experience dealing with VIP and business clients previously
