Service Desk Analyst - $22.35/hour
Remote in Arizona

Responsible for problem solving and support of the Tier I Service Desk. Provides customers service. Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned. Performs root cause analysis and remediation in one or more applications or systems. Analyzes, debugs, and resolves defects in applications. Completes unit test application changes to ensure quality of work. Engages with Sr. Leadership and stakeholders to understand functional requirements.

This is not a full time remote position. Hybrid work schedule in place.


  • Bachelors degree plus 2-4 years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent)
