About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a global manufacturer of laboratory and industrial simulation equipment used in scientific and industrial settings. This role leads North American service delivery—repairs, warranty, and maintenance—through a mix of internal support and third-party service partners across United States and Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a small service team (2–3 employees) and supervise the Warehouse Manager.

  • Manage repair, warranty, and maintenance work through third-party service partners.

  • Build, train, and expand the service partner network across the US and Canada.

  • Coordinate helpdesk support and provide technical guidance to customers/partners.

  • Prepare service quotes, review invoices, and manage spare parts inventory.

  • Troubleshoot/repair equipment and manage shop modifications when needed.

  • Maintain service records, reports, and proactive preventative maintenance communication.

  • Travel overnight/internationally as required; lift/carry up to 35 lbs.

  • Strong problem-solver who prioritizes well and communicates clearly.

  • Comfortable leading a small team while working independently.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

  • Can read schematics/diagrams.

  • Electronics testing and troubleshooting (analog and digital).

  • General maintenance knowledge.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Valid driver’s license; authorized to work in the US.
