Job Summary:
- Keller North America, the global leader in geotechnical solutions, seeks a Senior Vice President with 20+ years of geotechnical engineering experience to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation. The SVP will lead a regional or business unit, oversee complex projects, and foster client relationships while prioritizing safety, sustainability, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for growth and market leadership in geotechnical engineering.
- Oversee project delivery (piling, ground improvement, grouting, earth retention) ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
- Drive business development, building client relationships and expanding market share.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth.
- Champion innovative, sustainable geotechnical solutions and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred).
- 20+ years in geotechnical engineering, with 10+ years in senior leadership.
- Expertise in piling, ground improvement, or deep foundations; P.E. license required.
- Proven leadership, strategic vision, and client engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel (30-50%).
- Active in DFI, ASCE, or similar preferred.
