Senior Vice President, Client Services

Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Healthcare services and consulting company focused on improving operational performance for provider organizations
  • Partners with healthcare systems to optimize workflows, efficiency, and financial outcomes
  • Provides advisory and managed services designed to support complex operational environments
  • Known for delivering measurable results and long-term client partnerships
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and client impact
Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of two internal teams: Infusion Strategy and Pharmacy Revenue Cycle; each led by a Senior Director with 8 to 10 FTEs; total team of 20 to 25 personnel
  • Talent management across both practices: assessing current team capabilities, hiring to fill gaps, developing a framework to grow junior talent from within rather than relying exclusively on experienced external hires
  • Methodology and process improvement: evaluating existing approaches to SOW development, scope management, project delivery, and documentation; building repeatable frameworks that hold up as the company scales
  • Contract and budget ownership: developing Statements of Work and project budgets; tracking utilization, project financial performance, and ROI across both service lines
  • KPI development and reporting: assessing current performance metrics and introducing stronger data-driven management tools that give leadership visibility into service line health
  • Contributing to company strategy within infusion and pharmacy revenue cycle; collaborating with peer SVPs to mature the broader client services function with professional services best practices
  • Client engagement: leading and supporting engagements with health system leaders; some personal utilization expected, though lighter than a typical individual contributor role
  • Supporting the sales organization through delivery credibility and client success; not a quota-carrying role
  • Introducing and influencing adoption of scale plays across the client services team that allow the organization to grow without proportionally increasing headcount or cost
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading professional services or consulting teams, including direct ownership of SOW development, scope control, workforce planning, and billable utilization management
  • Track record of building and scaling services delivery infrastructure in a growth-stage environment; experience implementing repeatable frameworks, methodologies, and talent development systems
  • Healthcare domain expertise is essential; pharmacy, revenue cycle, or infusion background is strongly preferred; adjacent healthcare services experience will be considered
  • Experience managing teams of 15 to 25 professionals, including senior-level direct reports; comfortable developing leaders and building talent pipelines rather than relying on top-of-market external hires
  • Confident, credible, and direct in high-stakes environments; able to work alongside and influence strong-willed subject matter experts without being deferential or conflict-avoidant
  • Operational discipline: data-driven approach to team management, KPI development, and project performance tracking
  • Open orientation toward AI and automation as operational tools; does not need to design or build these solutions but should be comfortable embracing them as part of a modern delivery model
  • Experience in or exposure to 340B, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or pharmacy revenue cycle is a meaningful differentiator; candidates without pharmacy backgrounds are considered with the expectation of a structured 45-day onboarding
