Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will help lead the creation of engaging digital experiences for well-known brands and make life better for their customers.

Your UX work will be audience inspired, rooted in deep user research and best-in-class design solutions.

If you are an accomplished designer with passion and experience in user-centered research and strategy, well-versed in the latest UX Design solutions and UI patterns, and are a collaborative team player then we should talk.

This role will be at the center of creative, technology, strategy and research and help bring ideas together, to create innovative UX solutions that work across a variety of digital touchpoints.

You will be part of a team of user advocates from concept to launch, understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into UX strategies and design deliverables.

Ideal candidates:

• 5+ years of professional work as a UX Designer or Sr. UX Designer.
• You have led a team of UX Designers through a project from beginning to end
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise website or app projects
• You have led, planned and conducted user study activities such as one-on-one interviews, paper-prototyping, concept testing, card sorting, surveys, usability testing, etc.
• You have a solid grasp of user-centered design, user research and testing methodologies.
• You have a strong understanding of responsive and adaptive web design, web accessibility and app design principles with extensive experience in using modern UX design solutions.
• You have a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design methods.
• You have experience planning and executing user research studies such as one-on-one interviews, paper-prototyping, concept testing, card sorting, surveys, usability testing, etc.
• You have deep experience in information design, interface design, flowcharting, storyboarding, human factors or human computer interaction, and usability.
• You are client-facing and can clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• You have strong skills in UX Design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, and InVision.
• You have a portfolio of design work showcasing your personal and professional work, design approach, learnings and skills.
