Our client, an international creative media agency, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team. As a Senior UX Designer, you are a creative and driven individual with a proven track record of creating innovative design solutions. You enjoy the challenge of finding a balance between business requirements and user needs as much as you enjoy defining each detailed micro-interaction.


The Senior User Experience Designer will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with a team of technology and strategy co-workers to find solutions to hard design challenges
  • Collaborating with the research team to define an interview and test outcomes, and enjoy synthesizing research outputs into actionable deliverables
  • Develop customer journeys, archetypes, user flows, and requirements to ensure that your work is grounded in the user experience
  • Putting together design, data, and consumer insights into immersive digital experiences and pushing boundaries, and bringing innovation.
  • Developing wireframes and pushing the product experience with a great eye for detail and usability.
  • Creating prototypes to generate ideas and leaving an impeccably finished product.
  • Mentoring and supporting peers on your team.
  • Presenting to clients and connecting with them.

  • You have 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences
  • Agency experience is considered an asset
  • Experience working collaboratively with research and strategy to define user needs
  • Experience using a variety of tools and techniques to brainstorm, iterate, and document multi-device ecosystems, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Be a SME in regard to UX best practices, upcoming trends, and how to make impactful designs drawing upon those prevalent concepts
  • Experience with design strategy, competitor analysis
  • Have a keen attention to detail
  • Experience leading the design phase and collaborating cross functional teams such as strategy, design, and technology
