Review French and English versions of written content and interpretive texts (including inscriptions, dedications and related materials) to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with Government of Canada standards. This includes:

• Verifying the accuracy and fidelity of translations in French;

• Ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation in French;

• Confirming consistency in terminology, tone, and style across French language versions;

• Applying plain language principles in accordance with the Canada.ca Content Style Guide and the Plain Language Guidelines for the Government of Canada;

• Identifying and correcting issues that may affect clarity, accessibility, or user comprehension

Format of Deliverables:

Edited documents are to be submitted with tracked changes and comments, or equivalent markup, in Word or PDF format to the Project Authority.

Language Requirement:

The Contractor must perform all services in English and French.
