MTC1

The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has preferably a degree in Defence Studies from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.

The individual must have obtained the education from a recognized* Canadian post-secondary institution.

*The list of recognized organizations can be obtained from the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials.

Education must be demonstrated by including a copy of the degree with the bidder’s proposal.

* If these documents have not been provided at bid closing, RCAF AWC Contracting will notify the bidder, and the bidder will be required to provide the documentation within two business days.

Once notified, any bidder that fails to provide the required documentation within the prescribed time, the bidder’s proposal will be non-responsive and will be given no further consideration.

Please provide a copy of your degree/diploma in Defence Studies from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution as well as all relevant certifications – note: it is mandatory that this be included in the bid submission

The institution must be either a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution as obtained from the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials or provide proof that the degree has been accepted as equivalent to a Canadian degree from an international assessment centre in Canada

MTC2

The bidder must clearly demonstrate at the time of bid closing, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, as an officer or analyst, especially in strategic planning, operations, or defense policy roles.

MTC3

The bidder must clearly demonstrate at the time of bid closing, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, working in military intelligence or planning units.

MTC4

The bidder must clearly demonstrate at the time of bid closing, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, of exposure to joint military and civilian policy coordination.

MTC5

The bidder must clearly demonstrate at the time of bid closing, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, developing a new policy framework and synthesizing data into new national policies and defence instructions.

MTC6

The bidder must clearly demonstrate at the time of bid closing, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, directly engaging with national security challenges, policy processes, or intelligence analysis within government and/or military.

MTC7

The bidder must clearly demonstrate at the time of bid closing, that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last ten (10) years, with the United Nations (UN), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), or other international security-focused organizations
