Sr. Technical Manager - Indiana
Position Summary:
The Senior Technical Manager is responsible for leading Engineering, Facilities and
Maintenance for all the company's bottling operations. This role will develop and implement the
site CAPEX strategy to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, OEE and Customer
Service.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Identify and ensure that site facilities and equipment meet OSHA and GMP standards
• Leads, directs, and develops team of 40 employees
• Lead capital planning process and development of CAPEX project approval
• Collaborates with production departments to resolve issues concerning facilities or
equipment
• Drive best-in-class maintenance practices to focus on Preventative Maintenance and
Continuous Improvement to reduce Reactive Maintenance
• Manages outside vendors participating in plant and facilities maintenance activities
• Drive OEE improvement through TPM focus

Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering or Technical field
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including ability to formulate business
strategy
• OEE and TPM Improvement
• LEAN or Six Sigma experience
• Outstanding oral, written, and formal presentation skills including ability to
communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective
business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced
environment. Detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Self-motivated, able to make quick, calculated decisions, follow through with
responsibilities and be accountable for results
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
