We are partnering with a leading organization to find an experienced Senior Tax Manager, Income Tax Provision to lead their tax team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to drive compliance, planning, and strategy at a respected company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee income tax compliance processes, including federal, state, and international filings.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate with external advisors on complex tax issues and audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations while staying updated on legislative changes.
• Provide detailed tax reporting and insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred).
• 8+ years of income tax experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in federal, state, and international tax compliance and planning.
• Strong knowledge of tax law, regulations, and GAAP.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
• Experience with tax software (e.g., Corptax, OneSource) and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
