Salary: DOE per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil/site construction plans and generate accurate data points for construction staking.
• Perform data reduction and create detailed final drawings for boundary and topographical surveys.
• Assist in design and development processes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, surveyors, and field technicians on project execution.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to enhance design accuracy and efficiency.
• Help maintain project documentation and records, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Engage in client meetings, providing technical advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant CAD software.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices related to land surveying.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience in a surveying or civil engineering context.
• Experience with GPS, Robotic Total Station, and other modern survey equipment.
• Prior involvement in municipal or transport infrastructure projects.
• Licensure as a Professional Surveyor (PS) or similar credentials.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations affecting land development and construction.
