We have an immediate opportunity for a senior construction superintendent with complex ground-up project experience who enjoys managing with the latest technology and Lean Construction tools. If you have a proven track record of successfully building projects from the ground up, this is a conversation you want to have.

Requirements:

• Scheduling and field management of commercial construction projects.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of building successful teams and completing projects to budget and schedule.
• Enjoy being a strategic partner of a solutions focused team.
• Developing and managing schedules.
• Strong computer experience using the latest project management and field technology tools including but not limited to Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project.
