The company is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join their team and play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge bridge structures. Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership – Manage structural designs from concept through production, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation.
  • Design Optimization – Develop code-compliant, efficient design solutions based on load requirements and site conditions.
  • Standards Compliance – Ensure designs meet industry standards (AASHTO, ADM, ACI, AISC, ASCE, DOT, IBC, NDS, etc.).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, production, and design teams to drive efficiency and project success.
  • Technical Guidance – Provide expertise on structural integrity, fabrication, and installation to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Process Innovation – Initiate creative design and workflow improvements to enhance project execution.
  • Project Management – Oversee schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while addressing challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in structural design, preferably in bridge or prefabricated structures.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Tekla Structural Designer or other finite element analysis software.
  • Strong understanding of structural materials and fabrication methods.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
