Pay Range: $60 to 100k

Job Overview:

The Sr. Search and Affiliate Lead Specialist will work with the team to develop the strategy for paid digital programs including search engine marketing platforms, third-party lead aggregators, and affiliate website partners. This position will work with numerous stakeholders across the business to achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the direct-to-consumer marketing strategy to allocate, invest, and optimize the performance media plan including SEM, third-party and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Create third-party and affiliate marketing strategy.
  • Growth partner relationships to increase volume and revenue.
  • Own lead analytics to develop profitability metrics based on funnel progress.
  • Partner with other groups to build product strategies that will be executed on ownership platforms.
  • Oversee and lead campaign management and reporting.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct knowledge of SEM/paid search, display, retargeting, paid social, affiliate, social and funnel optimization for a well-respected and high-growth company.
  • Successful track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to work and influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
  • Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher level strategy
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets
