Position Responsibilities:
- Close inbound leads generated by Marketing, converting high-volume opportunities into new customers
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach to support expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage full sales cycles from first contact through close, typically lasting 2–3 months
- Sell into large, multi-site healthcare accounts, navigating procurement, regulatory, and finance stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Operations to improve conversion and close rates
- Follow established sales processes while contributing feedback to improve scripts, messaging, and workflow
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of sales experience with strong closing skills
- Proven success closing inbound leads; inbound call center experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with some outbound dialing, with a primary focus on inbound deal conversion
- Experience selling into healthcare, preferably non-acute healthcare services or SaaS
- Ability to manage complex accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Outbound call center experience, especially selling into an existing customer base
- Experience working with compliance-driven or regulated healthcare offerings
- Familiarity selling to clinics, outpatient facilities, or physician practices
