Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Close inbound leads generated by Marketing, converting high-volume opportunities into new customers
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach to support expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycles from first contact through close, typically lasting 2–3 months
  • Sell into large, multi-site healthcare accounts, navigating procurement, regulatory, and finance stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Operations to improve conversion and close rates
  • Follow established sales processes while contributing feedback to improve scripts, messaging, and workflow
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of sales experience with strong closing skills
  • Proven success closing inbound leads; inbound call center experience strongly preferred
  • Comfort with some outbound dialing, with a primary focus on inbound deal conversion
  • Experience selling into healthcare, preferably non-acute healthcare services or SaaS
  • Ability to manage complex accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Outbound call center experience, especially selling into an existing customer base
  • Experience working with compliance-driven or regulated healthcare offerings
  • Familiarity selling to clinics, outpatient facilities, or physician practices
