Senior Sales Manager

There is an urgent, full-time opening available for a Senior Sales Manager with strong business to business sales experience to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization that has been in business for over 80 years. This position would work out of the companies head quarters in Clifton, New Jersey.

Job Description

· Responsible for the performance of both the inside and outside sales team.

· Lead sales initiatives and implement sales strategies.

· Provide technical support to sales reps

· Organize regular sales and product training programs including webinars

· Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to sales team

· Maintain and manage CRM software.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

· Please Do Not Apply unless you have 5-10 years of business to business sales management experience.

· Must have direct experience working for a company with a catalog of products (500+)

· Experience selling imprinted products is a plus.

· Must have experience managing inside and outside sales teams

· Direct experience managing a sales team of 10+ sales reps

· Must be willing to travel.

· Excel and CRM experience is a MUST

· Experience with Microsoft Navision Dynamics software is a plus
