Summary:. As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively presenting and demonstrating our range of professional services to potential clients. Job Description:

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our professional services offerings, including consulting, implementation, customization, and support. Demonstrate a solid grasp of relevant technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Solution Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored presentations, demonstrations, and workshops that highlight the capabilities and benefits of our professional services. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with our sales and services delivery teams to design comprehensive and realistic solutions that align with client requirements and project constraints.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, including scope of work, project timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates. Ensure proposals align with the client's goals and budget
  • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospecting activities, and sales opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to the sales and management teams regarding progress, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Participate in LinkedIn Marketing through the creation of content and sharing of content on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, presentations, and documentation that equips the sales team with the latest and most relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 5 Years of Professional Work Experience in a selling environment or in Supply Chain Execution.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software – preferably Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality and accurate sales collateral and resources using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel to domestic and international client sites as needed.
