Our Client is a leading Fintech company providing payments processing, risk management, and recovery solutions, to more than 40,000 merchants across North America. They provide its merchants with integrated payment solutions and industry-specific offerings across several verticals with specialization in lending, collections and alternative financing industries.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are recruiting a dynamic, self-driven Senior Solutions Consultant to focus on “Enterprise-level” account sales. As an Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing new business opportunities, building an maintaining a robust sales pipeline and growing revenue with existing strategic customers by forging trusted advisor relationships with C-level contacts. You must be excited about developing and executing on a sales plan to strategically target, grow, and expand client relationships to drive new revenue within the territories and/or industry segments assigned to you.

We are seeking an individual who can excel in adding new customer logos to our client’s impressive portfolio. This role is responsible for representing the Company at large, complex organizations and must be able to understand the business needs, decision-making processes and buying behavior of their assigned clients. The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in the Company’s growth strategy and as such is key to our client’s overall success.

ESSENTIAL ROLE FUNCTIONS:

  • Achieve or exceed the assigned quota of committed monthly recurring revenue by adding new customers
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new deals
  • Develop detailed sales plans with senior leadership for new and existing accounts within the assigned territory
  • Qualify, pursue and close sales opportunities within a territory or industry vertical
  • Attend relevant industry conferences, meet potential customers and present on behalf of the Company
  • Act as the executive-level contact for key accounts, develop long-term relationships with senior-level executives and guide them through the sales process, by understanding their needs and educating them on the different value propositions
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
  • Collaborate and support other Company teammates as needed
  • Engage with Product Management and Marketing to provide insights on client needs and opportunities

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience selling to C-level contacts
  • Deep experience AND industry knowledge in one or more of our strategic lending business segments
    • Consumer sub-prime lending
    • Consumer near prime/prime lending (including marketplace)
    • Earned wage access/early wage access
    • Business/Commercial lending
    • Buy now pay later (BNPL)
    • Buy here pay here auto (BHPH)
  • Extensive rolodex of senior contacts in one or more of our strategic lending verticals
  • Proven and verifiable history of consistent over-quota achievement of sales goals driving $100K or greater in monthly recurring revenue
  • Professional, consultative approach to sales
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Required travel of up to 50%.

ADDITIONAL STAND-OUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and knowledge in payment processing sales (ex. ACH, card, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales tracking system
