This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of a large institutional client portfolio, including investment management and plan administration.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, client entertainment, and proactive engagement.
  • Ensuring the smooth implementation of department initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Overseeing investment activities and ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations and industry standards.
  • Leading meetings and providing employee education to enhance retirement plan engagement and outcomes.
  • Driving business development through participation in ongoing sales efforts and cultivating new client relationships.

Expectations will include:

  • Successfully managing complex client accounts and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Facilitating and leading meetings to align with client objectives and goals.
  • Offering strategic oversight on investment allocations and retirement plan administration.
  • Representing the organization professionally in the community while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Establishing effective work processes for team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management, including participant accounting, investments, and employee education.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry regulations and trends, exceptional problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Certifications: Industry-specific designations in retirement management are a plus.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven capability to guide and support team members while delivering exceptional results.

Compensation: Compensation will include a base and potential bonus with all-in compensation landing somewhere between $100k and $150k annually

Desired Location: Tulsa or Oklahoma City. This will be an "in the office" position.
