Position Overview:

A growth opportunity exists with the Indianapolis office for an experienced Commercial Banker who will manage and grow a portfolio of client companies with sales in the $5 – 50M range.

The Senior Relationship Manager will be an integral part of tight-knit team of bankers and product specialists, directing and coordinating key extended team members in the analysis and execution in the effective delivery of products and services to clients and prospects. They will also be the primary point of contact and key financial adviser for the client. The SRM will have the ability to forge relationships with the appropriate decision makers within the client company, retaining and deepening existing relationships and prospecting new business.

What you bring to this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years commercial banking experience
  • Strong credit skills gained through formal credit training
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and client management skills
  • Must exercise good judgment in assessing risks and rewards of new business opportunities
  • Strong ability to work in an entrepreneurial culture
