Commercial Banking is a high-profile segment within the organization. In the Winnipeg area, the client has a well-developed presence with a significant portfolio of accounts. They have an entrepreneurial attitude and value their employees.
The Senior Relationship Manager manages and grows a portfolio of the organization’s larger and more complex clients. Main objectives include business development, credit quality, customer service/relationship management and monitoring credit/asset quality. Although an individual contributor, the Senior Relationship Manager also provides leadership to more junior commercial bankers, analysts, and less experienced staff.

What you bring to this role:
- Eight plus years of progressive commercial lending/credit experience; with strong technical skills and an understanding of complex credits.
