Senior Regional Property Manager
Multifamily Property Management Garden-Style Value-Add Portfolio

We’re partnering with a growing multifamily real estate owner/operator seeking a senior operations leader to help scale and refine a garden-style value-add multifamily portfolio.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Regional Manager, Regional Director, or Senior Multifamily Operations Leader who wants broader influence across portfolio operations, revenue strategy, and team development.

The company already has a strong operational foundation in place. Leadership is now focused on strengthening SOPs, improving operational efficiency, and building the infrastructure needed for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operational performance across a multifamily portfolio
  • Refine and implement property management SOPs
  • Lead rent strategy and revenue optimization initiatives
  • Mentor and develop Property Managers and regional leadership
  • Partner with marketing leadership on leasing and performance strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve NOI, efficiency, and portfolio performance

Who We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in multifamily property management operations
• Current Regional Manager, Regional Director, or senior operations leader
• Experience with garden-style or value-add apartment portfolios
• Strong background in rent strategy, team development, and operations
• A hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with onsite teams
