The Royster Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Atlanta, GA.


JOB SUMMARY

As an integral corporate team member, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for meeting healthcare staffing and executive search goals by executing the full-cycle recruiting process, including searching, sourcing, interviewing, and screening. To succeed in this role, you must work independently and effectively within a metrics-driven and pressured environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled at filling multiple job openings within tight deadlines. CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply advanced executive search approaches to identify and recruit top-tier candidates across healthcare and non-healthcare sectors.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance sourcing, streamline processes, and improve candidate targeting.
  • Build a strong pipeline using cold calling, database mining, networking, and referrals to meet high-pressure deadlines.
  • Review resumes to assess qualifications, address employment gaps, and ensure candidates meet client requirements, leveraging prior experience in detailed resume evaluation.
  • Develop and distribute compelling job postings to attract highly qualified talent across digital and professional platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations, including behavioral interviews and skills assessments, to ensure a precise match with client needs.
  • Leverage ATS and key metrics to optimize recruiting efficiency and track success.
  • Maintain professional, timely communication to create a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing regular updates and delivering solutions to address risks or challenges in high-stakes environments.
  • Cultivate relationships with executive-level professionals and associations to fill hard-to-fill and urgent roles.
  • Stay informed on industry and market trends to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Execute recruitment activities efficiently under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management team to present candidates, create reports, and provide insights on candidate qualifications, market trends, and hiring challenges for open positions.
  • Collaborate with the offshore sourcing team to identify and deliver qualified candidates for challenging and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Generate reports on recruiting activities and results, driving continuous improvement and accountability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Adept at working effectively in an extremely pressured environment.
  • Highly organized and skilled at completing multiple simultaneous assignments within aggressive deadlines.
  • High learning agility as positions range from senior-level management to professional healthcare(privileged) positions.
  • Ability to use social media tools and deep web search techniques to source candidates.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and/or productivity databases.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Seven (7) years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Four (4) years of experience recruiting senior-level management and physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.

  • Must complete a pre-employment background check, including verification of education and employment history.
