We have an exciting Senior R&D Manager opportunity with a global food company based in the northeast.

Reporting to the Director of R&D, this position plays a critical role in keeping the innovation pipeline full; that includes major food formulation research, developing new products, and improving existing products as well as processes. The successful candidate will manage a team of food technologists and together, will conduct major product or process development studies in an effort to take new products to market.

• Hold strong R&D innovation skills from concept to commercialization
• Enjoy experimental design
• Are a strategic thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Are able to analyze formulation problems and propose solutions

Minimum qualifications include:

• A degree in Food Science
• 7-10 years of R&D experience
• 3 years in a leadership role
