Position Summary
Responsible for building automation frameworks, tools, and tests to help speed up development whilst engraving quality-centric methodologies into the development life cycle.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test suites
  • Configure CI/CD systems
  • Work in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Architect and integrate new solutions into in-house automation SDK to help provide common functionality to various automated test repositories
  • Teach others on automation best practices
  • Run manual test cases for products that do not yet have 100% automated coverage


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Five or more years of test automation experience
  • Desire to build quality products to help make the world a safer place
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
  • Ability to write code (Java, Python, bash scripts)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and crud functionality
  • Experience with mobile testing (Android/iOS) and mobile automation frameworks
  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure
  • Strong analytic capabilities
  • Familiarity with Linux and basic CLI
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration
  • Strong test case management and documentation skills
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, subnetting, DHCP, etc.)
  • Basic database knowledge
