As a Senior Property Manager, you will take charge of the full management of both commercial and multifamily properties, ensuring operational excellence and superior resident satisfaction. Salary: $55,000-$60,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage detailed operating and capital budgets
- Ensure prompt collection and deposit of all rents and manage other revenue-associated activities
- Handle accounts payable and process non-paying accounts for eviction, representing the property in court as required
- Meticulously track and record all site assets
- Manage deposit accounting statements and payroll processing
- Maintain comprehensive records for the site, ensuring all confidential data is secured
- Strategically prepare, monitor, and adjust marketing plans to maintain occupancy and renewal targets
- Conduct market surveys and implement tactical plans for market competitiveness
- Supervise and inspire site staff, conducting employee evaluations and recruitment
- Lease apartments, process resident applications, and develop resident retention programs
- Resolve resident disputes and provide exceptional customer service
- Physically inspect property to ensure it is upheld to the highest standards
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to respond to emergency situations around the clock and work weekends when necessary
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic computer skills for navigating multiple management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from NAA
- Experience with 50059 HUD Sites
- State-required leasing license
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager
